Fussy Fussy

Elias had a fussy day yesterday, which we ultimately contributed to his morphine weening. They just went a little too fast. He isn't having withdrawal, he is just uncomfortable. The morphine dose they were giving him was so small that it just wasn't effective. It is mainly the tubes down his throat that are causing obvious discomfort. He was very fussy and inconsolable until they increased his morphine again. Not much else going on, just rest for the pending extubation this week.
