Well...

Elias gave it a tough go, but unfortunately they had to reintubate him. He was able to breathe on his own, but not able to sustain. He just isn't ready yet. Now the focus will turn to why. We are hoping to talk to the doctors in great detail about this tomorrow. We are very sorry to have to bring this very disappointing news. We are hanging in there with the news but we are extremely disappointed. Elias is fighting and being so tough, just another reason to be proud of him.
