Mobile Update - Elias & Tour

Elias is resting now. Today is trach change & we are suppose to
observe. They are trying to convince us to do it ourselves. Not sure
about that since we have not even seen it done. Also took tour of the
hospital Elias will likely go. Will report on that tonight.
