Mobile Update - surgery

Elias went to the OR. He was cranky due to lack of sleep & food,
managed to give daddy a smile as he was taken to the OR. They are only
doing the dilation, which is a sore subject we will discuss later.
Let's just say his nurses fan club are all surprised & upset as well.
