Steady As She Goes

The G-tube is doing well this weekend (everyone knock on wood this instant) so we will see what happens over the next couple of days. It is odd because they really did not do anything to make it better, it just stopped leaking again. Elias was happy yesterday afternoon, as Grandma O was up for another visit. He had not had a nap by the time we got there, because for some reason he has had a lot of nurses that have never had him before, and they stick to a strict Q-6 (every four hour) care schedule, even if he is asleep. His regular nurses have made it clear that Elias is now of the age he does not require that and they do things on his schedule. So, because of this, Elias only lasted a few hours before becoming very tired. Hopefully he will be more rested today.
