Sadly We Predicted It

We sort of new we were headed for an ER visit and that would mean admission and that is exactly what has happened. We are very unhappy about it as we will have to sit here and wait for the cultures to grow, usually 3 days, then act. It just seems pointless but it is a protocol with a child that has a fever and a central line for fear of infection. We were doing so well, now we have had 2 admissions in 20 days. Very frustrating!
